With friends and family, Richard sets out on a seven-day climb to the summit at over 19,000 feet. He follows the same path he took with his father at age 11, more than 40 years ago. This is his 14th ascent up Kilimanjaro-only this time, Richard encounters the worst weather he's ever faced on the mountain.
