Ruff, in an artistic mood, is working on putting the finishing touches on his latest masterpiece when he hears the loud crashing of thunder outside his doghouse. Having just heard the weather announcer on W-O-O-F predict clear skies, a confused Ruff is determined to figure out what's going on. He sends Taylor out to learn how to forecast the weather. And Noah, Khalil and Brian must brave the elements to make some art of their own as they join the city's mural crew in planning and painting a mural for a local pizzeria.
